My Philosophy HeMy Essence: (PhilI believe in Women’s Circles and have seen the magic and medicine uncovered when women connect. Connections reduce the potential for isolation as we mark the many passages through life’s successes and losses. In Circle, we see and feel that we are not alone. Circles lead to living a full authentic life because being mirrored, supported, encouraged, and accepted by other women. Being in Circle, is the lifeline to discovering the women we were all meant to explore and manifest. Circles have been a part of my life since 1989, and I continue to this day with gatherings, workshops, programs, coaching, guidance, and leadership. Circles are where we Become the Oracles in our Own Lives.

The first thing we must do is sit down with a cup of tea, glass of wine, cuppa and take time to stroll and scroll around these pages and become acquainted with me and my purpose for creating this sacred space to connect. Meditative Drumming
The drum is the first sound we heard, the drumming of our mother’s heartbeat. When we settle into that trance-like rhythm, we return to our authentic truths. Just a heartbeat can bring up memories that are dormant, it can soothe your heartache, and it can just as easily lift your spirits. When drumming is sacred, it drops us into our own heartbeat where we listen and usually discover what brings us joy, stillness, love, sacredness, and connection. Yes, it reconnects us to our own heartbeat that gets lost in the shuffle of the daily beat. With the magic of the drum, we can affect our own rhythm. Let’s beat it.
Reflective Writing
When women circle up with purpose and intention taking the time for an inner journey of writing and sharing, they uncover their authentic selves. Tears well up, laughter expands the room, connection multiplies, and the women are seen and witnessed. True Magic lives in our hearts.
Natural Connection
The circle reminds us of our sacred paths by bringing the sacred into everyday life through ritual and ceremony. We are reminded that lighting a candle, singing a song, smiling from the inside out are unique to humans. Women especially recognize the special connection made when we bond over like-minded activities and stories. Familiarity is developed and safety is a natural outcome.
Vibrational Sound Bath
The enchanting bliss of a vibrational energy sound bath brings us back to full body balance. As we relax, our bodies frequency tunes into the sound and will match the universal frequency. We are elevated in consciousness, presence, and clarity by merely allowing our hearts, minds, and bodies to open as much as possible. Each time you enjoy this modality you achieve a deeper sensation and knowing. Using the crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sound instruments to mix and match frequencies, allow our brains to focus only on the combination of sound, make space for the subconscious to rise and whisper our hopes and dreams. Daily distractions keep us too busy to really listen to our higher selves and feel into our higher frequencies, so this sound bath stillness opens the consciousness so that we can hear and feel into those magical memories. This is often the nudge we need to put pen to paper and journal our deeper knowing. That is is exactly that magic of a sound bath. It brings to you what you are ready to hear. Try it!
Women’s Circles
Women’s Circles provide a way for women to gather and create a safe place where like-minded women can explore the joy of ritual and ceremony. The traditions of women can be celebrated and used to build supportive friendships and encourage deeper community connection. Circles offer a feeling of safety, warmth, and comfort. A sacred energy vortex is created in each circle, as the women hold the space with their own spiritual energy field. This is where women can be honest, open, and exchange stories and challenges. Themes encourage a discussion path that might be different than what daily chatting encourages. the themes takes us on an inner journey. We use ceremonial tools to empower the energy … like smudge, feathers, talking stick, rattles, and drums; sometimes movement, meditation and chakra balancing. It is lovely when we reach a point of safety when we sing like no one is listening, we chant as if the skies can hear, and we dance as if no one is watching. It is true spiritual freedom and is witness by our friends. Circles bring us present to ourselves and each other. It is magic
