New Directions

You think you are starting in a new direction

I see a clear path walked

You think your choices lacked conscious thought

I see choice made intuitively

You think years were lost while searching

I see lessons learned providing great wisdom

You think you failed in marriage after marriage

I see an open and trusting heart

You think your children suffered in dysfunction

I see survival of the fittest and a love bond for sure

You think you’ll never find yourself

I see you standing strong and wise

You think I am not watching
